- Cup of coffee with 1T Torani sugar free vanilla syrup (my new creamer replacement!)

9:00AM

- 1egg + 1/2C whites cooked in butter

- 1/2C oatmeal with banana extract, cinnamon & chopped walnuts

1:20PM

- Garden Salad w/grilled chicken from BK with ranch dressing, no croutons

(Even the chicken isn't safe....Ewww!! Maybe I could get them to throw a beef patty on it next time. At least those are 100% beef!)

- Went out with some friends to watch the BSU game so...Cheat Meal! 

 

At this point in time, I'm about to say forget the weekly cheat meal and just have little bits of healthy indulgences during the week...These weekly cheat meals don't make me feel too special anymore. For example, tonight, I am quite uncomfortably bloated...=( Unfortunately, it's a little difficult to change what's been long hard wired into one's brain & memories about what brings them satisfaction. Or rather what is thought to bring them satisfaction. That often over-rules what you know to be actual truth after a lifestyle/diet change. And that is, you only end up feeling like crap post face stuffing.

I think next week, I will just get a couple sushi rolls from Fred Meyer and stuff my face with those. No ill-effects to be had with sushi, yet! LoL! ;)

- 100 Snatches with the 26 (3,200 Remaining)

Thanks Jim, it certainly was. And I like to think that while I might have little set backs, I'm ultimately moving in the right direction more often than not.

Nice job on that. That is a great workout. Great advice too.
