FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with a squirt of sugar-free chocolate syrup (I was surprised to learn I was out of creamer!)
9:00AM
- 1 egg + 3/4C whites with a little grated cheddar, 1/2 an avocado & ground pepper
1:25PM
- 2 cans of tuna mixed with greek yogurt, chopped iceburg lettuce, chopped pickle & ground pepper (can't do the yogurt again...makes it "dry" & I don't like the flavor)
2:00PM
- A banana with some peanut butter (Had this because of symptoms of hypoglycemia (feeling jittery & a little irritable despite just having eaten)...apparently that can still be an issue when you go too low in carbs...Much of the time I'm fine with a lower amount of carbs (under 100g), but then I have days like this where my body seems to demand more. Need to work on finding a personal balance)
- I also had two bites of my son's PB&J sandwich
4:00PM
- 1C plain greek yogurt with 1/2tsp sugar free lemon gelatine
6:20PM
- Big bowl of spaghetti squash with a homemade meat sauce & a sprinkle of parmesan
8:00PM
- Handful of almonds
