FOOD LOG:

 

- Coffee with sugar-free syrup & half/half

Meal 1:

- Protein Shake: Water, 52g vanilla whey, cinnamon, spoonful of PB, half a banana, ice 

Meal 2:

- Asparagus Omlette: 1egg + 1/2C whites cooked in butter, 14 asparagus spears folded in & topped with Italian blend shredded cheese, 3 tomato slices & ground pepper

Meal 3:

- A sliced Gala apple dipped in a big spoonful of PB mixed with cinnamon

- Handful of plain pork rinds

Meal 4:

- Spicy Chicken Chili: I didn't have ground chicken so I used 1lb of lean grass fed beef, only one can of the diced tomatoes and kidney beans instead of black. Very yummy...although next time I will use less salt. I topped it with a little grated cheddar

Meal 5:

- About 3/4C nonfat cottage cheese with a little over 1T shredded unsweetened coconut, 3tsp chopped dates & 2tsp coconut milk

 

* I did have some "naughties" today: 2 mini tootsie rolls, a blueberry "dum dum" sucker & 1/2C of Pumpkin Pie a la Mode ice cream

 

TRAINING:

 

8:45AM

- 100 Snatches with the 26 supersetted with 50 Burpees w/push-up

2:50PM

- 100 Snatches with the 26 supersetted with 50 Burpees w/push-up

And, no they're not. I just worry about the probable nasty veggie oil they were fried in.

Oh, and pork rinds are really not that bad for salads and as a snack.
