FOOD LOG:
- Coffee with half/half
Meal 1:
- Protein Shake: 25g vanilla whey, 1C unsweetened almond milk, half a banana, 1 scoop of Dr Shallenberger's Super Immune QuickStart, ice
Meal 2:
- Omelet: 1 egg + 1C whites with 2T 4% cottage cheese, a sprinkle of Italian blend cheese, seasoned with some mild dry salsa mix & cooked in coconut oil. 1 sliced roma tomato and about 1/2C quartered grape tomatoes, cooked in a teeny amount of butter and folded into the cooked omelet. Seasoned with a little salt & pepper and topped with a little less than 1/4 of an avocado
- Handful of BBQ pork rinds
Snack:
- Handful of sweet potato & apple chips with cinnamon
- Handful of BBQ pork rinds
- A couple bites of my son's leftover ravioli
Snack:
- Half a banana with PB
- A bunch of BBQ pork rinds
Meal 3:
- Seasoned boneless pork
- Sweet potato with butter & cinnamon
Snacky this afternoon...
I'm posting this early because I'm going out with a girlfriend tonight for drinks. =)
TRAINING:
- Rest... (I'm out of the Burpee Challenge for now due to an issue with my left shoulder flaring up)
