8:10AM

- Cup of coffee with 2tsp hot cocoa mix and unsweetened vanilla almond milk

9:30AM

- 4 eggs cooked in a little olive oil with a sliced chorizo. Sprinkled with a little parmesan/romano cheese blend while cooking and topped with a thin sliced roma tomato

2:20PM

- Handful of almonds

3:10PM

- A big Salad: Fresh Spinach, mixed spring mix with carrots, cabbage & radish, baby carrots, baby portobello, a can of tuna, a can of chicken, parmesan/romano cheese blend, buttermilk ranch

6:45PM (Post-Workout)

- 21g chocolate whey + 1tsp psyllium fiber + 24g simple sugars

8:10PM

- The last of some chicken alfredo w/spaghetti squash sprinkled with parmesan/romano cheese and seasoned with a bunch of ground pepper


TRAINING:


5:20PM

- Warmup of 40 swings with the 53 & 20 snatches per hand with the 26

- Deadlifts @ 205lbs for 5x5 w/a 2min rest between rounds

- Double KB Front Squats w/the 53s for 5x5 w/a 2 minute rest between the first two rounds (had to increase that rest period to about 3 minutes as they were kicking my ass today)

- Double KB Presses w/the 35s supersetted with pullups for 5x5 each w/a 1.5 min rest between rounds

You, my dear, were WICKED impressive today. I could see everyone in there watching you in utter amazement! Your double kb squats were freaking awesome! FREAKING AWESOME!!! :)
