- A French omelette with half an avocado on top
- About a cup of kale sauteed in coconut oil, seasoned with garlic salt & ground pepper
- 2 Brazil nuts
- One granny smith apple with almond butter
- 1/2lb burger patty seasoned with salt, pepper & a little salsa mix on top of a romaine leaf with pickle chips, mustard and a little leftover spaghetti sauce from last night (this sauce was pretty hearty with almost no "sauce")
- 1/4lb hotdog with yellow mustard
