- 2 eggs scrambled in butter with 2oz of ham, seasoned with salt & pepper
- 3 strips of hardwood smoked maple bacon

- 2 1/2 pepperoni slices off my son's pizza that he didn't want. There was some cheese fragments, but I don't think it should do any damage
- Chicken salad: Seasoned chicken breast cooked in olive oil on chopped romaine leaves with carrots, celery, cucumber and radish, dressed with my usual EVOO/meyer lemon juice dressing
5:45PM
- A celery stalk and a handful of baby carrots with almond butter
8:35PM
- A 4oz salmon fillet cooked in bacon fat and seasoned with Mrs Dash
- 1/2 an avocado with ground pepper along with several salted cucumber slices
