-Big cup of "bulletproof" coffee (made the same as yesterday)

- Can of albacore tuna with mayo, small handful of chopped walnuts and a little raisins
2:00PM
- 2 farm eggs scrambled with a little butter and mixed with some leftover sloppy joe meat
7:15PM
- A bunch of homemade finger steaks dipped in ranch
- A few small fast food style fries
9:00PM
- 6oz plain Oikos greek yogurt with 1/4C granola & cinnamon mixed in
TRAINING:
5:20PM
- 10 min warmup of TGUs with the 18lb bell and the 26lb bell
- 8 Rounds of:
- 5 Double KB Front Squats with the 35s (I wanted to work in the 44s but was nervous about the added pressure on my abdomen)
- 8 Jump Squats
*No rest between exercises; 2 minute rest between rounds...
