FOOD LOG:
- Cup of coffee with a splash of sugar-free vanilla syrup
Breakfast:
- Egg Nog: 1/2C almond milk, a little vanilla (maybe 1/2tsp), a few shakes of cinnamon & 1 egg yolk
- 2 eggs + 1 white scrambled in butter
- A few bites of leftover hashbrowns from my boys' breakfast
Lunch:
- Can of "no soy" tuna with a little mayo, 2 sliced baby dills and a little salt & pepper
- 1/2 a small banana sliced, fried in butter & topped with a few chopped walnuts
(It would seem I have an allergy to walnuts. Something I noticed this week is that every time I eat them, my mouth gets itchy...boo)
- Cup of green tea kombucha
Snack:
- Thick slice of summer sausage
- Small spoonful of crunchy almond butter sprinkled with cinnamon
Dinner:
- Beef patty with a fried egg on top
- A little dirty rice with beef, diced tomatoes, & kidney beans
- Handful of tortilla chips

- 21 TGUs
- 144 BW squats (Week 3 complete!)
