FOOD LOG:
Breakfast:
- Cup of coffee with sugar-free vanilla syrup
- Egg/Banana pancakes & sprinkled with a tiny bit of unsweetened coconut: The whole recipe is 2 eggs mixed with one (small) banana and fried in butter. Got the idea from "The Primal Parent" on Facebook. It's yummy & quick!
Snack:
- Scoop of vanilla protein in 8oz almond milk with a squirt of sugar-free chocolate syrup (The protein flavor is yucky on it's own...I usually cook with the vanilla and drink my chocolate whey)
- Handful of walnut halves
Lunch:
- Can of "soy free" tuna with olive oil mayo, a little salt & half a chopped kosher dill...I ate the other half
Snack:
- Some pretzel sticks with a dark chocolate almond spread
- 2 fried eggs
Dinner:
- Fillet of salmon
- Fillet of tuna
- Yellow rice
- Coleslaw (the oil/vinegar & beans kind)
TRAINING:
- Amnesty day
