FOOD LOG:


Breakfast:

- Cup of coffee with sugar-free vanilla syrup

- Protein pancakes smeared with a little crunchy almond butter & topped with half a sliced small banana and a light drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup

Lunch:

- Can of organic chicken breast mixed with 2 chopped boiled eggs, olive oil mayo, yellow mustard, salt & pepper (not the tastiest combo, but it did the job)

- A tiny Gala apple, sliced and sprinkled with cinnamon & ginger

Snack:

- Scoop of chocolate whey with 8oz almond milk

- Small spoonful of crunchy almond butter

Dinner (Post-Workout):

- Hamburger salad: 2 patties on iceberg salad mix with sliced pickle, all natural ketchup & mustard

- A small sweet potato with cinnamon and a little brown sugar

- 1/4 of a 2 1/2 in Gala apple that had been sprinkled with brown sugar


TRAINING:

5:30PM

- 15 TGUs with the 35 & 26 (mostly with the 35)

- 336 Swings with the 53 & 62 (half/half)...1664 Remain

* Quads are decently sore from the volume of Hindu squats yesterday...Had hoped the swings would loosen them up...eh, not so much. ;)
