FOOD LOG:


Breakfast:
- Cup of coffee with sugar-free vanilla syrup
- Caramel Apple Protein Pancakes: 2 eggs, 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1tsp psyllium fiber, 1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp baking powder, 2T sugar-free caramel syrup, 1 packet of Stevia, 1 grated tiny (2 1/2in) Gala apple. Drizzled with sugar-free maple syrup. Made 4 medium sized pancakes

Lunch:
- Large chicken breast seasoned with Mrs Dash "table blend" and baked in a foil pouch
- Big pile of steamed cauliflower & broccoli lightly seasoned with seasoning salt
- A few very lightly salted cucumber slices
Dinner (Post-Workout):

- 2 cans of chicken breast, celery, cucumber, walnuts, raisins & olive oil mayo

- Half a fresh pear

Snack:

- Pops cereal in unsweetened almond milk with honey


TRAINING:

5:30PM

- 13 TGUs

- 480 Swings (66 of them as BW squats)
