- Whole wheat english muffin with almond butter and honey (Yes, it's been a bit of an off day)

7:00PM (Post-Workout)

- Scoop of vanilla protein with 1T brown sugar & 1tsp psyllium fiber

8:00PM

- 2 slices of Eggplant Pizza: Sliced eggplant dredged in a little flour, egg & bread crumbs. Topped with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Sooo much better than the Pepperoni Meatza from the other day!

- Sliced peaches sweetened with ground cloves & ground ginger, mixed with a little less than 1/2 cup Fage 0% yogurt

 

TRAINING:

 

6:30PM

- Deadlifts @ 195lbs: 5 sets of 5

- Dbl KB Front Squats with 53s: 5 sets of 5

(Just short and sweet tonight)
