FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
9:00AM
- "Paleo" cereal: Half a fuji apple; diced, about a cup of mixed frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries & strawberries), 15 raisins, 1/2 cup of combined chopped walnuts & sliced almonds, 3/4C Almond milk, cinnamon
- 2 slices of bacon
1:00PM
- Can of chicken mixed with a bit of mayo, 1 chopped celery stalk, small handful of walnuts; chopped & pepper over about 2 cups of fresh spinach
4:45PM
- Handful of veggie chips
6:30PM
- Pepperoni Meatzza (Not sure what I did to screw it up (using fresh garlic instead of powdered?? Too much Italian seasoning?), but it wasn't all that...won't make it again and don't feel it's really worth experimenting with,either *shrug*)
- Kidney bean & cabbage salad: Kidney beans, chopped cabbage, minced fresh garlic, vinegar and a little salt
- My husband discovered some gummie, flavored "orange wedges" in the pantry that had been purchased forever ago. I was naughty and had several....not proud
