FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Packet of sugar free iced Mocha mix with 1C of coconut milk & ice (out of creamer and had the mocha stuff stuffed away in the pantry)
9:15AM
- Apple Delight
(LOVED LOVED this as replacement to traditional cereal & the fruit/nut combinations are endless! There isn't a lot of protein, so next time I'll probably have a boiled egg or a couple bacon slices along with it)
1:00PM
- Bowl of chili dogs: No bean chili, sliced hotdogs and probably a tablespoon of shredded cheddar on top
- Handful of veggie chips
4:20PM
- Super skinny stalk of celery with peanut butter (made the boys "ants on a log" and Gavin only ate the ants...so I ate the log)
- Carton of chocolate Muscle Milk
7:30PM
- Scoop of protein with 1T of brown sugar
9:00PM
- Romaine salad with a chicken breast (off a baked Walmart bird) with leftover sliced olives & tomatoes with ceasar dressing
TRAINING:
6:30PM
- Deadlifts @ 190lbs: 5 sets of 5
- Double KB front squats with 53s: 5 sets of 5 (aprox 3.5 minute rest between)
- Reverse lunges with 26lb bell: 5 sets of 10 per leg
