- Spinach Omelette: 3 small eggs, a handful of fresh spinach (I wilted it in the butter before adding eggs), salt, pepper, garlic powder & a parmesan/romano cheese blend. Topped it with half a very thin sliced roma and a little extra sprinkle of the cheese blend
- 3 pork sausages
1:30PM
- A huge salad consisting of a bit of romaine salad mix, mixed spring greens, fresh spinach, sliced baby portobellos, baby carrots, cucumber, roma tomato, a can of chicken breast, just over 1/4 of an avocado, a sprinkle of the parmesan/romano cheese blend & buttermilk ranch
(Yep, been eating salads a lot for lunch. They just sound good. Plus they are filling and you can pack in a lot of nutrition)
3:10PM
- 1 square of 99% cacao chocolate
- A few plantain chips
- A cup of coffee with 1T Hershey's special dark cocoa powder (the unsweetened baking stuff), less than half a packet of stevia, cinnamon and a little unsweetened vanilla almond milk
6:30PM
- 2 small bites of a Winco pizza- then I just finished off the toppings
- 1 Dorito
6:45PM
- 1/4 of a spaghetti squash with a chicken mushroom alfredo sauce (cooked boneless/skinless chicken thighs, a can of sliced mushrooms and a jar of Bertolli alfredo sauce. Yup, went the convenience route with the sauce & shrooms). Seasoned with ground pepper. *My husband and I liked this more than doing the spaghetti meat sauce
8-8:30PM
- Some picante flavored pork rinds
