Today was good, had a few more carbs bc I had some rice at dinner. Scale is down about 3lbs so far.  Trying to keep stress low.  I think I am prepared to navigate the weekend, I have a plan for the bday party and the fair on sunday.

Sorry I didn't catch this yesterday. Must have just missed it after the last time I'd checked. Looks like lunch and breakfast got cut off, but the macros are looking good. Are you using myfitnesspal? Or something else. It doesn't matter of course. They all do pretty much the same thing.

The protein grams loot better today, and not bad on the carbs. 3 lbs down the first few days is a great start! 

It is great to see you have a plan. I always say that poor eating is poor planning. For myself as much as anyone.
