Breafast-

3 turkey sausages

 

Snack:

handful of almonds

 

Lunch:

Large green salad with lots of veggies....the norm

Snack:

Handful of almonds

 

Dinner:

Green salad with ground beef, zucc, cucumbers, carrots, cheese, onions, celery, salsa

 

Popped some air-popped popcorn tonight! YUMMY!
