2x5 Push-ups

Two rounds of

Two minutes of long cycle push press @ 20kg (one minute each hand)

Two minutes of cleans @ 20kg (one minute each hand)

Two minutes of long cycle push press @ 20kg (one minute each hand)

Two minute rest between each two minutes of exercise

Last set of long cycle push press was @ 24kg

 

Previous Night's Sleep:

  • 7.5 hours

8:00a - Noon:

Two Lipo6

500mg Hoodia

One egg with onions, peppers & olive oil

Five sausage links

Black coffee

3g Fish Oil

1g Tribulus

4000iu Vitimin D

1g Magnesium

50g MRM All Natural Vanilla Whey, 1T. Rapunzel Organic Cocoa, 1t. BCAA

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Three large homemade ground beef/sausage meatballs, tomato sauce 

Iced black coffee

3g Fish Oil

500mg Hoodia

 

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

40g MRM All Natural Vanilla Egg White Protein, 1T. Rapunzel Organic Cocoa

Six sausage links

Handful of raw almonds

Small bowl of Mongolian BBQ, half meat (chicken/pork/beef), half veggies, no sauces, sesame oil

3g Melatonin

March 2012 goal: Double long-cycle press @ 2x24kg

April 2012 goalStart Kajukenbo martial arts training!

June 2012 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!
