Workout:
Today was a very tough day for me. I haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately and it and allergies and other home circumstances took a toll on me tonight. Not making excuses, just know that I need to get more sleep to perform my best!
7 rounds of 7 double kb squats 1st round with 44s 6 rounds with 35s. And then I was done. Will finish my presses and pull-ups tomorrow. Did not have it in me to keep going. Had a hard enough time with the squats which had become easier for me. Oh well......on to tomorrow!
Food:
Breakfast-
3 turkey saus
raspberries
Lunch-
Large salad with lots of veggies, eggs, ham and dressing on the side dipped with fork
Snack-
10 almonds
Dinner:
Apple post work-out went to a birthday party immediately after the gym had great food there but I passed:)
Feta chicken sausage when I got home!
