  • Six ladders, two-handed swings & presses
    • Swings, ten swings @ 24kg
    • All presses @ 20kg
    • Had to take an extra minute rest after fifth & sixth ladder (nauseous)

 

 

Nutrition:

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers

1.5 chicken habenero sausage

Black coffee

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

Two Lipo6


Noon - 4:00p:

Bacon, tomato lettuce wrap

Mixed fresh berries

Black iced coffee

Banana

Larabar

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Ham, salami, cheese, tomato, onion, olive oil & vinegar lettuce wrap

1oz 88% dark chocolate

1.5 chicken apple sausage

Steamed broccoli

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin
