  • One set of three reps TGU @ 12kg
  • One set of three reps negative TGU (down only) @ 16kg
  • Three sets of three reps of clean-squat-press @ 20kg
  • Three sets of ten reps of H2H swings @ 20kg
    • Well, almost, got nauseous on the 7th rep of the last set

1.5 chicken habenero sausage

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

0.3oz 88% dark chocolate

 


Noon - 4:00p:

Larabar

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

1oz 88% dark chocolate
Ham, salami and cheese lettuce wrap

Apple

Salmon, tuna, eel sashimi 

Mixed grapes 

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin
