Food:

3 turkey saus.

cup of blueberries

coffee

 

Lunch:

"salad" with brocc. celery, chicken, cucumbers, tom, handful of sunflower seeds

veggie chips

1 bite of my childrens left over pizza

 

Snack:

handful of almonds

 

Dinner:

chicken burger w/ ketchup and a little mayo

2 slices of cheese (swiss and chedder)

1 1/2 ears of corn

 

handful of choc chips post workout when I got home.

 

Workout:

Ran 2.5 miles this morning

 

This evening:

6 rounds of:

1 min press per hand w/35   (10 reps round 1 and 2, 8 reps the rest)

30 swing L w/44

30 swing R/44   (scaled back to the 35 on the last round...ripped open my palm)

rest 90 sec

My father in law has an amazing garden and one of his yummys is corn on the cob! We are down to our last 5 ears so I will not be indulging in it too much longer! :)     Thanks for the encouragement!!!! :)

You're workouts are gnarly, too! You did awesome yesterday!! And, we have matching injuries..LoL!

I know corn isn't really "allowed" since it's so starchy, but it's so darn yummy and Walmart having it 8 for $1 doesn't help. ;)
