Food:
3 turkey saus.
cup of blueberries
coffee
Lunch:
"salad" with brocc. celery, chicken, cucumbers, tom, handful of sunflower seeds
veggie chips
1 bite of my childrens left over pizza
Snack:
handful of almonds
Dinner:
chicken burger w/ ketchup and a little mayo
2 slices of cheese (swiss and chedder)
1 1/2 ears of corn
handful of choc chips post workout when I got home.
Workout:
Ran 2.5 miles this morning
This evening:
6 rounds of:
1 min press per hand w/35 (10 reps round 1 and 2, 8 reps the rest)
30 swing L w/44
30 swing R/44 (scaled back to the 35 on the last round...ripped open my palm)
rest 90 sec
