Workout-
Had great aspirations for an amazing run 1st thing this morning but did not get my sorry behind out of bed in time so I only got in 1.4 miles. Oh well.....
Breakfast:
3 turkey bacons
1 banana (felt it was ok to have this since I had just ran...??)
Workout-
3 sets of 3 reps of double kb squats with the 44s
2 sets of 5 reps of double kb squats with 35s
100 snatches with 26 50 reps L and 50 reps R non-stop
100 burpees
100 sit-ups
1/2 apple post work-out
Lunch:
Large salad with chicken mixed with a little mayo, broc, carrots, celery, cucs, tom, handful of sunflower seeds, slice of swiss cheese
Snack: The rest of my salad from lunch
Dinner:
Tilapia on the barbie (lightly coated with olive oil sprinked with salt, pepper, garlic salt and parmasean cheese)
Green salad
Fresh pineapple grilled on the barbie
1 ear of fresh corn on the cob! YUMMY!
Air-popped popcorn with a little butter.......is this an ok snack or not? I'm not sure?!?!

As for the popcorn, I don't think it's a big deal to have every once in a while. Although aside from a little fiber, there's not much nutritional value in it. Some will say if you are going to have popcorn, it's best to cook it up with some coconut oil. There is also the issue of popcorn containing lectins and whether or not your gut is sensitive to them. And because of the high carb content, not a good idea to have before bed. Best to have it after a good workout if you really want it.
