    • Black coffee
  • Noon - 4:00p:
    • Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)
    • Unsweetened iced tea
    • 40g. Whey MRM All Natural Whey protein
  • 4:00p - 10:00p:
    • Four Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Paleo Meatloaf (grass fed beef)
    • Oven grilled veggies, cooked in bacon fat & rosemary
    • 1g. Tribulus, 3g. Fish oil, 3g. Melatonin
