Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of turkey bacon

Snack: couple of almonds and pecans

Lunch: Banana

Snack: Carrots/Almond Butter

Dinner: Shredded chicken w/enchilada sauce and cheese, granny apple

No workout today.  Really craving sugar today....and we have a lot of tasty-looking Easter candy!!!

Look up each and every thing you are logging , look up the number of carbohydrates, protein and fats in them. Just Google each item one at a time and you will find something about the nutrition information.

Now count up the total number of carbohydrates, proteins and fat for the day. That will be a good start. You are getting at least 3x as many carb grams as protein. It should be the other way around.

I put all of the girls easter candy out of sight so I don't even have to look at it!!!! :)
