I didn't feel particularly well after doing hours of yard work which is why my lunch/dinner shows odd food choices. Down 3.6lbs for the week, of course I feel like i should be down 20lbs after eating well again(just kidding). Feeling good today (monday) and prepared to keep the momentum going.
