30 sec Goblet squat with 44

30 sec H2H swings with 44

30 sec Goblet squat with 44

30 sec jump squat

30 sec mt. climbers

Rest 3 min

 

5 sets of 3 reps dbl suitcase deadlifts with double 70s

 

2 eggs cooked in 1 tbs coconut oil with sausage

1/4 cucumber

broccoli

2 tbs ranch

 

handful of almonds

jerky

4 fish-oil 

1 c. chicken with a little terr. sauce

green salad with brocc, cucumbers a little cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds and dressing

3 slices of orange

 

 

I plugged all of this into MyFitnessPal to figure out protein, cal, fat and carbs and I was very shocked.

Days total:

Fat- 91 g (holy mother of fat)

Calories- 1666

Carbs- 96 (probably a too much)

Protein- 90 g    need to up this about 50 more grams

 

Is this good? Not sure. Seems like a lot of fat and I don't feel like I overate or anything. Guess it's a good thing I'm tracking for awhile.
