I plugged all of this into MyFitnessPal to figure out protein, cal, fat and carbs and I was very shocked.
Days total:
Fat- 91 g (holy mother of fat)
Calories- 1666
Carbs- 96 (probably a too much)
Protein- 90 g need to up this about 50 more grams
Is this good? Not sure. Seems like a lot of fat and I don't feel like I overate or anything. Guess it's a good thing I'm tracking for awhile.
