small handful of almonds
Lunch:
amylou chicken with veggies
1/2 apple
1/2 apple
Did some P90X with the hubby when I got home
Dinner:
Large salad with a hard boiled egg, ham and lots of veggies
went on a walk with the fam

10 sets of 5 reps with 1 min rest between rounds of:
Double kb front squats 5 rounds with 35s 5 rounds with 44s
Renegade rows on kb handles with 26s supersetted with K2E (took out the push-up as I was having a hard time maintaining good form :(
Lunch:
3 stips of bacon
1 egg cooked in coconut oil
broccoli
Dinner:
Cheat meal
