Totally slacked off during the holidays :( and couldn't bring my kettlebells on the airplane (haha) so this is what I made up for myself today.....Warmup 1/2mile hike in Utah country, 5 rounds: of 30 step-ups 30 pushups 30 jump squats. Took me 23 mins 14 sec. (those pushups got hard at the end) Be back in Boise tomorrow with my Kettlebells :)
