Hill sprints fasted first thing this morning.....good times!
Breakfast:
Smoothie: frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, spinach leaves
3 pieces of bacon
Lunch:
Went to my daughters school today to have lunch with her. Took 1/2 apple, jerky and carrotts
handful of almonds
Dinner:
Turkey patty with steamed brocc/cauliflower
WORKOUT:
6 ROUNDS OF:
~15 Double KB Swings with 35's
~12 KB push-ups
~9 Goblet squats with 35, did the last round with the 44, should have done the whole thing with 44 (knee has been bothering me just a little so did these instead of the double kb front squats)
~6 pull-ups
Took 4 fish-oil pills this morning and 4 this afternoon
Multi-vitamin and D3 vitamin
