Breakfast:
a little left over eggs w/italian saus and mozz cheese
3 turkey saus
coffee with sf syrup
Lunch:
amylou chicken patty with mixed veggied
another 1/2 slice of the delicious apple pie....I'm done with work for the week so there will be no more partaking of said pie!
handful of almonds
beef jerky
Workout:
10 sets of 10 reps of double kb squats on the min
10 sets of 10 reps of sumo deadlifts with the 88 on the minute
walking lunges on the soccer field
Dinner:
1/2 can of chicken mixed with a little mayo, brocc, carrotts, cucumber
