Breakfast:

Left over scrambled eggs with italian sausage and mozz cheese

 

Lunch:

Amylou chicken patty with brocc/caulif. mix

1/2 slice of homeade apple pie ( a patient brought this in today and it was TO DIE FOR! Sooooooo yummy!)

 

Workout:

Ran 4 miles.....1st time in awhile that my ITband didn't bother me. Yay for foam rolling! :)

 

Dinner:

Taco salad without the chips
