Sleep last night 9:30p-7:00a (after 1:30a slept very restlessly, woke up at 1:30a, 2:30a, 4:00a, 4:30a, 5:30a)


12oz homemade kombucha

1 scoop Thermovex with 24oz water

1 scoop Nature's Fuel with 12oz water

24oz herbal tea


Training: Kept it short and sweet today

tabata crawls: alternating forward/backward, 2 sets

Experimented with tabata crawl+swing, 2 sets


8 strips of bacon, 1 huge head of Romaine, about 1oz of cheese, 2 red bell peppers, 2 cucumbers, a big scoop of almond butter

I sipped on water and herbal tea during my meal, which took me awhile to eat (about an hour) because I'd prepare one lettuce roll up (one stalk of Romaine, a sprinkling of cheese, bacon, cucumber) at a time, eat it, and then make the next one. It was a long process. :)

I napped 3:30p to 5:30p.


6oz shrimp, a little bit of soft goat cheese, 1 medium avocado sprinkled with salt

sipped on 24oz herbal tea throughout the evening


6 strips of bacon

Didn't go to bed until 2:00a because I was working late... nights like this suck. I was so ready for some sleep around 10:00p.

According to myfitnesspal: 132g fat, 87g carbs (41g fiber), and 135g protein.
