This is my first blog. I started working out the first week of Oct and have been trying to eat better. This will allow me to see what I'm eating daily and keep better track and also allow some suggestions from those who have been doing this longer to help me improve.


16oz Peppermint Mocha

1 med banana


1c Greek yogurt with 1/4 c frozen berries and 1tsp cinnamon

12:00 noon

1 med talapia fillet w/seasoning cooked in olive oil

1c vegetable medley w/seasoning

1/4 c red potatoes/ onions sauteed in olive oil w/seasoning (leftovers from dinner)

The rest of the day went to crap, I had to eat on the run due to a funeral and a parent meeting :( I didn't even get home until almost 8pm and then just ended up eating a PB&J (atleast it was on wheat bread :))

Uhhh, what about the rest of the day?? I second the protein at breakfast, but the rest looks yummy!

Great to see you posting! 

Get some protein with breakfast. Eggs, whey protein, jerky, or something. That would be my first suggestion. Sooo glad you decided to post on here!
