120 of my modified burpees. Doing an extra 20 to make up for not doing the push-ups.
Breakfast:
3 turk saus
greek yogurt with a little homeade applesauce
coffee with a little creamer
Lunch:
green salad with grilled chicken, tom, bacon and honey mustard dressing on the side
a very small sliver of apple pie that was brought into work today.
WORKOUT:
5 Rounds of:
20 thrusters w/ double 26s
20 double 1/2 snatch w/ 18s
since I was using lighter weight I tried not to break the sets up and no break in between sets. Not as easy as I thought even with the little weights. I could hardly catch my breath after those thrusters!
DInner:
Beef fajitas on lettuce with a little sour cream
2 stalks of celery with a small amount of natural peanut butter
had a real sweet tooth tonight so had a couple of almonds to try to help with that
