Breakfast:

Coffe with 2% milk and sugar free syrup
My WONDERFUL AMAZING sister-in-law brought me a coffee to work mid-morning. Since I had already had one I drank half of it at lunch and am saving the other half for tomorrow! Thank you Rachel for being so sweet and thinking of me! LOVE YOU!!! (I really do have the best sister-in-laws ever....just saying!)
Lunch:
1/2 can of chicken mixed with a little mayo
1/2 sliced cucumber
1 slice of swiss cheese
Snack when I got home:
The other half of the above
Workout:
6 ladders of 2,3,5 presses with the double 26s supersetted with pull-ups or bent rows with the 44.
125( or 250 as I am counting them) of double snatches with the 18s. Did 2 sets of 50 and then 25. LOVE THESE!
When I got home I had about 6 bites of the chicken that I had made in the crock-pot that my family had already eaten. Just wasn't that hungry!
I'm leaving tomorrow morning for Portland and won't be back until Sunday. I wont be able to post since I won't have my computer but I will be running and doing body weight exercises and I will be eating clean!
