My dear sweet co-worker brought me a box of sugar-babys at lunch today. Since I didn't want to hurt her feelings by not eating some I opened them and decided to have just a few. That few turned into a few handfuls. I did tell her that it was very sweet to think of me but to not bring them to me again! :)
Workout:
5 sets of 5 double suitcase deadlifts with the 70s
5 sets of 5 double kettlebell squats with the 35s
My back has been very sore from the deadlifts. I'm trying to take it a little easy since last time I did this I ended up having a lot of issues with my lower back. Ever had one of those workouts where you feel like you just don't have it in ya? That was me tonight. I was pooped before I even started. Hence as I was driving home I realized I forgot to do my walking lunges. And I didn't get in any snatches. UGGHHHHHH!!!! Tomorrow will be better!
DInner:
Large salad with spinich, ham, cheese, tom, cucumbers and a dressing that I dipped my fork in.
