Ran 2.5 miles first thing this morning
Breakfast:
3 Turk saus
2 eggs
1 slice of swiss cheese
leftover sauteed onions and zucc.
Workout:
5 rounds of 5 suitcase dead lifts with 70's
5 rounds of 5 double kb squats (really wanted to do all of these with the 44s but as soon as I squatted with them my back said NO WAY so went down to the 35s)
Walking lunges across the soccer field and back
About 50 reverse lunges
150 snatches with the 26
230 snatches down, a bizzilion to go!
Lunch:
1/2 can of chicken with a little mayo, carrots, a little shredded cheese, romaine lettuce
2 slices of orange
Snack:
The rest of my "salad"
Dinner:
2 eggs with sour cream
2 turk saus.
Some sunflower seeds
So I noticed that after I have had a weekend like I did (a couple of desserts) I am TOTALLY craving sweets today. I usually have no problems but wow mama did I want something sweet today. Held off til about a half hour ago and caved in and had a jolly rancher!
