Not sure what is up with me but I am still not doing 100%. WAY lacking energy, a persistent cough and just plain blah-ness. Really hoping that I kick it soon!
Break:
3 Turk saus

Lunch:
Chicken patty
carrotts, cucumber, broc.
WORKOUT:
8 ladders of 2,3 and 5 reps of double kb presses with the 26s (even these were super hard for me today) supersetted with pull-ups on the 2 and those pully upy things with the 53. Totally spaced the name.
Dinner:
apple with peanut butter
veggie chips
I know not the best dinner but I didn't want the weiner wraps my family had and I didn't have enough energy to make anything else!
I know I know.....poor baby!
