Workout:
100 snatches with the 18 non-stop, I want to try with the 26 next time :)
100 burpees
70 sit ups and 30 K2E
Great workout in the midst of a lot of different ladder things I have been doing, nice break :).
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, coffee with creamer
Snack:
A few carrots and a few mixed berries
Lunch:
Shredded chicken, fage greek yogurt with some sliced strawberries, PB and apple (I am trying cut this out... Like I said yesterday, I'm not really sure when peanut butter added itself back in, but it has :-P)
Dinner:
2 chicken/spinach/feta sausages, canteloupe, salad, cup of coffee (We had a BBQ at our house, so this was pretty good for all of the other things offered :) ).
Kind of a fruit heavy day, and that darn peanut butter. The jar is almost gone of the creamy (I don't like chunky) so maybe I just won't have creamy around the house anymore, remove temptation!! :)
