Missed yesterday's log, but I did well with nutrition and with my hard day of our program.
Today's Workout:
1 minute push press pre hand with the 18 lb.
2 minutes 1-arm swing (1 minute per hand) with the 18 lb.
1 minute rest
2 minutes swing
1 minute rest
Did 4 rounds of this, gearig up for some hefty dead lifts tomorrow, eek!
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee with creamer (cutting down on quantity of creamer needed, good for me!), 1 egg, 2 turkey bacon
Lunch:
Apple, 2 tbsp. peanut butter (natural, no sugar added), some shredded chicken
Snack:
3 little Brach's candy pumpkins - those sickly sweet sugary ones, I know, terrible
Dinner:
2 chicken/feta/spinach sausages with a little bit of ketchup
