Workout:
6 sets of 2 deadlifts at 200 lbs.
10 double front squats with the 44 lb's
4 sets of:
1 minute presses each hand 26 lb.
1 minute rest
1 minute swings with the 35 lb.
1 minute rest
1 minute swings with the 35 lb.
1 minute rest
1 minute swings with the 35 lb.
2 minutes rest
Had to stop for the last 2 sets of swings so I wouldn't rip my hands, I'm trying desperately to preserve them! :) Felt great to be back in the swing of things after a much needed 2 day break.
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, 1 egg, 2 turkey bacon
Lunch:
2 tbsp. of peanut butter, celery sticks, 1 cup of coffee with creamer
Dinner:
2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, nectarine
