Food Log:


2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 1 cup of coffee with creamer



Apple with 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 turkey bacon



Chicken breast and some celery with a little more peanut butter (This was a later dinner of scrounging around in my fridge after the kids' harvest part) ALSO I ate one mini butterfinger at the harvest party :)

Well, I know as you build more muscle, you do require more calories during the day to feed that muscle as well as your body. So, maybe you need to eat more? I would say as long as you are getting enough proteins, fats & keeping your carb intake where it should be, you should make positive progress. I don't keep track of my macros, but I do know I get around my body weight in protein, lots of fat and try to keep my carbs under control. I do eat a lot, but as long as I keep it clean, it works. And thanks for the compliment! I hope you can figure out what works for you. Just don't be afraid to eat!! =)

I wish it was working ;).  I haven't made a ton of progress with my actual weight (I'm sure I'm making miuscular gains).  I'm going to be playing around with things a little bit to make sure my intake is what it should be, whether too high or too low on certain days ;).  We'll see how it goes.  AND, you look fabulous lady so whatever you are doing is definitely working for you!!

Ok, I gotta say it... While I know everyone's bodies are different and have different needs, I don't know how you get by eating so..umm...little every day. It must work for you because I hear you are looking awesome these days...I on the other hand, have to eat every few hours most of the time and eat lots! Ha ha! =)
