Workout:
I had a rough workout today. My body was just tired from the past week of training.
I did 3 rounds of 6 squats with the 44's, and then had to back down to the 35's for the other 5 rounds.
I tried to do a few presses with the 26's and just couldn't get them up so I did 4 sets of 5 windmills with the 26's instead.
I then proceeded to come home and sleep :).
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, coffee with 2 tbsp. cream
Snack:
Fage with a little splenda and a 1/2 a peach, 2 turkey sausages
Lunch:
Big salad with a little bit of cheese, celery, and carrots, 1 egg
Dinner:
20 oz. coffee light frappaccino from Starbucks (this finally satiated that sweet tooth!), 1 chicken sausage with feta and spinach, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and an apple
Not my best eating day, but not too bad :).
