Workout:

6 ladders of push-ups and presses with the 35 lb.

5 sets of 5 squats with the double 44's

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey sausage, 2 cups of coffee

 

Lunch:

Fage greek yogurt (3/4 cup), some watermelon mixed in, handful of almonds

 

Snack:

Some more watermelon, 1/2 of a small cake mix cookie, another cup of coffee

 

Dinner:

2 chicken/feta/spinach sausages, a peach

 

Kind of a lot of fruit today, but at least I went for that over actual sweets.  Also, I've been really struggling with some headaches recently so I've been trying some extra coffee here and there to see if the caffeine will help.  Hopefully I can get them under control soon :).

Unfortunately it is not from trying to cut back on caffeine.  I have a tendency towards migraines and I've just been getting headaches so I try and stave it off with a little bit of extra caffeine.  Hopefully they will just subside on their own. :)

It's been stated that caffeine can help with headaches. But, if you are someone who normally drinks a lot of coffee and then tries to cut back significantly, you can experience headaches as a symptom of caffeine withdrawal. If that is your case, try to cut back on the coffee/caffiene slowly. Feverfew is a natural remedy that works similarly to asprin. There are other alternative as well.... Hope they get better soon!
