185 lb. dead lift x 5
3 TGU with 44 lb. kb
5 sets of 5 thrusters with each arm 44 lb. kb
A few pull ups :)
This was a fairly light day for me just trying to work on my ability to press the 44 lb. kb.
Food Log;
Breakfast:
Coffee with 2 tbsp. creamer, 2 turkey bacon, 1 egg
Lunch:
A few baby carrots, a string cheese, small piece of chicken
Dinner:
1 chicken/feta/spinach dog, 1 egg, 2 tueky sausage, fage greek yogurt and strawberries, carrots, sugar snap peas, and a cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer :)
Can you tell I was super hungry this evening!? :) I'm looking forward to my rest day tomorrow after 6 days in a row.
