Workout:

 

Dead lift 210 lb. x 5

Dead lift 185 lb. x 5

 

Snatches for 1 min. each hand with the 26 lb. kb.

2 minutes rest

 

Snatches for 1 min. each hand with the 18 lb. kb.

 

Snatches for 2 min. each hand with the 18 lb. kb.

 

4 sets of 5 thrusters on each side with a 44 lb. kb.

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Lunch:

Fage greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, turkey sausage, vegetables (carrots and pea pods)

 

Snack:

Carrots and pea pods

 

Dinner:

2 chicken/feta/spinach sausages, coffee (trying to fight a headache), carrots and pea pods
