Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, turkey sausage, vegetables (carrots and pea pods)
Snack:
Carrots and pea pods
Dinner:
2 chicken/feta/spinach sausages, coffee (trying to fight a headache), carrots and pea pods
