9pm-
Chinese Buffet! Not paleo, but not nearly as horrendous as it could have been. I only sampled some of the real nutritional disasters that this place had in store.

I had a bunch of cooked shrimp, a bunch of cold BBQ pork with hot mustard and sesame seeds, and I hit the sushi pretty hard. I also had some BBQ chicken skewers that were at least not fried and not in heavy sauce. I sampled the Mandarin chicken, General's chicken and Mandarin shrimp. I probably could have been much better, but the salad bar they had there looked pretty weak, and most of the vegetable entrees there were cooked in heavy sauces.

I definitely would not have gone to any place like this for dinner, but in a social situation sometimes nutrition is compromised. I only use this "excuse" for today, for one meal, and I do not have a weight loss goal.

Nice video!  Can't wait until I'm ready to learn the snatch =)

It doesn't sound like you did too bad, actually. Aside from the sugar and salt quantities, I'm sure. And yeah, many Chinese buffets have lame salad bars, unfortunately.
