Noon - 4:00p:

20oz diet cola

Unsweetened iced tea

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate

handful of almonds

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Beef jerky

20oz diet cola

3mg melatonin

1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

1000mg fish oil
